Popular Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo, has paid a condolence
visit to the family of late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama, who was gruesomely murdered after he was mistaken for an armed robber and was lynched
by some youths in a community.
He took to his Instagram to share the picture of himself at the residence of the deceased, with the caption “Ghana’s hero… Our hero. Forever in our hearts…. #RIP #MajorMahama #stopmobjustice.”
He is to be buried on Friday after which there will be a family meeting and thanksgiving service in Accra on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Online reports has it that The late Ghanaian soldier was on Monday posthumously promoted from the rank of Captain to Major by President Nana Akufo-Addo, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces. Another photo below...
