Some people found this outfit as too hilarious after a female corp member was spotted probably at community development service (CDS) in Ibadan.
She was spotted this morning at CDS dressed in a long khaki skirt!. She
is most likely trying to make a statement be it religious or otherwise
because females are not allowed to put on a skirt as their NYSC uniform
during service.
