A fake corp member identified as Justice Orlu Ordu, has been arrested by the Akwa Ibom police at the NYSC orientation camp in the state.
According to a statement released by the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Chukwu Ikechukwu, the fake corper was arrested after policemen at the camp were alerted.
Ikechukwu said,
“On interrogation, Ordu admitted being a fake corps member who forged NYSC call-up letter claiming to have graduated from University of Uyo’s Department of Architecture.
“He will be charged to court at the conclusion of investigation,”
Ikechukwu said,
“Based on intelligence received by our policemen at the orientation camp, officers swung into action and arrested one Mr Justice Orlu Ordu, and indigene of Ikwere in Rivers, in MondayUko’s Hostel in the orientation camp.
“On interrogation, Ordu admitted being a fake corps member who forged NYSC call-up letter claiming to have graduated from University of Uyo’s Department of Architecture.
“He will be charged to court at the conclusion of investigation,”
