The mad woman that gave birth to a baby girl on the roadside in Ondo state has received a birth certificate at Okitipupa local government council.
The baby who is currently receiving care from a local government social worker simply identified as Odunsola has been named after Ondo 1st lady, Morenike Betty Akeredolu.
The certificate of birth was obtained on Monday, September 12.
