Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe popularly known by his stage name as wande coal is today celebrating his 32nd birthday. Wande Coal started singing in the teenage choir at his church.
He got his break in the Nigerian entertainment industry as a dancer. He got signed to Don Jazzy’s Mo’ Hits Records in 2006. Wande Coal left Mavin Records in 2013 and create his own record label, Black Diamond.
Wande Coal, released a new single on Wednesday to celebrate his 32nd birthday. Titled ‘Funkeh’, the song was produced by Killertunes.
The former Mo’ Hits and Mavin artiste was on Tuesday announced as a nominee for the Best African Act for the 2017 edition of the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards.
He was nominated along with fellow Nigerian artistes Wizkid, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, Mr Eazi and Tekno.
