 Amber Rose and professional dancer,Val Chmerkovskiy sparked dating rumors as they stepped out holding hands in Los Angeles on Friday, December 9. Earlier this year,Rose,competed on season 23 of Dancing With The Star with Val's brother, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Val was the winner of DWTS in 2015 and 2016..
